TRC Nutritional Laboratories, Inc. is a leading producer of vitamins and nutritional supplements in the United States. TRC has more than 27 years of experience in plant-derived mineral products, liquid formulations, encapsulation, tableting, mining and chemical formulation. TRC has supplied hundreds of custom formulations to MLM companies, grocery, drug and health store chains; including Vitamin Shoppe, NBTY, Vitamin World, Sam’s Club, Costco, and more.  Our world famous 75 plant-derived TRC Minerals are also sold throughout the world and used in various foods, cosmetics, and livestock feeds; including some products by Estée Lauder Cosmetics, Hawaiian Tropic®, and Vaseline® Intensive Care® lotions.

Domiciled in Tulsa Oklahoma, TRC is centrally located which lessens the burden of shipping Coast-to-Coast.  Our 75,000 sq. ft, custom built office and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has over 190,000 gallon bulk mineral storage capacity and is capable of handling about any need a customer may desire. We can blister package or bottle softgel, tablets, gum, candy, capsules or effervescents; and fill liquids from 4oz. to 1-gallon containers with pressure wrap or steam-shrink wrap labeling.

To accommodate RTD beverage and juice customers we have Flash Pasteurizing capabilities for hot or cold fill productions.  We also have integrated a cooling tunnel and dryer system to follow the hot fill process.  Flash heat/cool technology is available when products are required to be immediately flash heated and chilled within 15 seconds. 

Our liquid filling speeds range up to 9,000 bottle per hour.  We can package into boxes or trays that are bundle-wrapped.  With plenty of room to grow, TRC is capable of installing necessary equipment for almost any packaging requests you might have.
